- Design and govern the architecture for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management solutions, ensuring alignment with our enterprise standards
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
- Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams on best practices and integration patterns
- Define and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, integration diagrams, and security frameworks
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party tools to recommend enhancements that drive business value
- Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and performance standards across all Salesforce implementations

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Commerce Cloud and Order Management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns, and security best practices
- Hands-on experience with API design, data modelling, and system integrations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making at senior levels
- Desirable: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent advanced certifications
- Desirable: Experience in large-scale retail or e-commerce environments
- Desirable: Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
