Senior Prosthetics Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Prosthetics Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team., * Lead the design, fabrication, and fitting of custom prosthetic devices tailored to individual patient needs.

• Collaborate closely with clinicians, surgeons, and patients to ensure optimal device performance and comfort.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including the preparation of molds, measurements, and adjustments for prosthetic components.
• Maintain detailed records of all procedures, modifications, and patient interactions to ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and new staff in advanced prosthetic techniques and laboratory procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in prosthetic technology, biochemistry, IT systems, and relevant industry standards.

• Extensive laboratory experience in prosthetics manufacturing or related fields.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and patients.
• Valid driving license for local travel related to patient fittings or supplier visits.
• Strong IT skills for managing digital design software, patient records, and laboratory systems.
• Knowledge of biochemistry relevant to material selection and device durability.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams and patients.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, measurements, and laboratory data accurately.
