Job description

Develop and maintain web applications using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, and Ruby on Rails, ensuring high quality and performance.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between services and external systems.
Contribute to system architecture planning by applying best practices in system design for scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver features iteratively and efficiently.
Build and optimize microservices architectures deployed on cloud infrastructure like AWS or Azure for maximum scalability and resilience.
Implement version control strategies using tools such as GitHub, SVN, or Git to manage code repositories effectively.
Integrate CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes for rapid delivery cycles.
Apply design patterns and software engineering principles to create maintainable and reusable codebases for web development and application development projects.
Work with front-end frameworks such as React or Express to develop engaging user interfaces and enhance user experience.
Ensure adherence to security standards including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and other best practices for secure application development.

Requirements

Proven experience in software development across multiple programming languages including Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or Ruby on Rails.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), Linux environments, and network protocols.
Hands-on experience designing scalable systems utilizing microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with SQL databases like MySQL or MySQL-compatible systems; experience with database design and optimization is a plus.
Knowledge of modern web development frameworks including React or Express.js for front-end development.
Experience working within Agile software development environments with tools like GitHub, SVN, or similar version control systems.
Understanding of software design patterns, system architecture principles, and best practices for application security.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple priorities.
Prior exposure to CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment processes is highly desirable.
