Job description

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen BI-Teams
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines konzernweiten Planungs- und Reporting-Tools
  • Entwicklung und Betreuung von Datenbanken für Finanz-, Projekt- und Unternehmensdaten
  • Erstellung von OLAP-basierten Datenmodellen für Reporting, Planung und Forecasting
  • Verantwortung für die konzernweite Reporting- und Dashboard-Landschaft in Microsoft Power BI
  • Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen in Controlling und Accounting
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von KI-Anwendungsfällen im Finance-Bereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling, Accounting, IT und den Business Units, * Mobilität
  • Flexible Arbeitszeit

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence, Data Analytics oder Finance Transformation
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten oder Teams
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in BI- und OLAP-Lösungen sowie Datenbanken und SQL
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Datenmodellen und Reporting-Landschaften
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Controlling-, Accounting- und Finanzprozessen
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Power BI
  • Analytische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
