BI Lead - ACWS

• Lead BI strategy, reporting governance, dashboards, and analytics
• Manage report inventory, rationalization, validation, and modernization
• Translate stakeholder needs into reporting products
• Coordinate data quality, testing, user acceptance, and production support
• Improve automated reporting and decision support.

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution., * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field

• 7+ Years in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, visualization, or data warehousing.
• Comp Tia Sec+ certified and SAP Business Objects, Qlik or related BI certification
• Experience leading BI delivery with SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, Power BI, Appian, or similar tools
• Experience supporting acquisition, contracting, financial, and enterprise mission systems.
• Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
• Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired
