Job description

You will be responsible for performing maintenance of flight - proven Flight Dynamics Systems, contributing to software developments while ensuring robust maintenance of the system through continuous improvements and timely issue resolution.

Your mission will encompass the following activities:

  • Development and maintenance of the flight dynamics algorithm layer (orbit determination, manoeuvre planning, attitude prediction, manoeuvre assessment)
  • Maintenance of existing flight dynamics architectural layer. This may include bug fixes or implementation of new functions required by the customer.
  • Participation in technical meetings with the customer.
  • As technical experts in the tool, provide support to end users (operators of flying satellite missions), Wellbeing program: CSE Participation, Health insurance/Mutuelle covered 100%; free fruit and coffee, physical, mental and financial health training, and much more!

Requirements

We are looking for Aerospace Engineering (or related field) graduates with a strong background and interest in flight dynamics and software engineering., Strong foundation in applied mathematics Solid understanding of space mechanics Object-oriented programming Fluency in English and French We place strong value on previous experience and familiarity with:

  • Java

Linux Containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) ️ Databases

Additional experience in these areas will help you thrive in the role and contribute effectively from day one.
