Systems Engineer/Analyst

· U.S. Citizenship is required.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

· A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in systems integration, testing, and analysis.

· Must be proactive, a self-starter, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to tailor responses for various audiences and create clear, concise reports and materials.

· Proficiency in analyzing technical information and formulating logical solutions within designated timelines.

· Active security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

Desired Skills

· Experience with IBCS, Patriot, LTAMDS, Sentinel, or other Army Air and Missile Defense Systems and their components.

· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

· Experience with analyzing Command and Control (C2) systems.

· Experience with Python, MATLAB, or other programming languages

· Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and teams.
