Implementation Support Specialist

The primary responsibility for this position is to assist with the management of enterprise software implementation projects for high profile healthcare clients. Implementation Support Specialists develop creative strategies that align a client’s requirements to our solutions. You will work directly with Implementation Managers and with clients to gather requirements, provide training and manage projects. You will also collaborate with a wide array of intelligent and energetic individuals while working toward a common goal. This position offers the opportunity to travel., * Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure quality service and satisfaction.

• Manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously, and effectively track all requirements to completion.
• Develop comprehensive work plans and training documentation using web-based solutions.
• Define project goals and develop benchmarks to gauge implementation progress.
• Conduct dedicated web-based training with clients covering product functionality, suggested workflow, and product setup.

• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to provide customized training sessions based on each client’s unique requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and Excel.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of relational databases
• Healthcare experience
• Strong technical background

Educational Requirements

• Associates Degree or higher
• PMP certification is desirable but not required
• RHIA certification is desirable but not required
• CPCS Certification is desirable but not required
