Product Owner

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical teams, ensuring our solutions meet market demands and customer expectations. Your leadership will shape product strategies, prioritize features, and oversee the entire product lifecycle to deliver value-driven results., * Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to define clear product visions and roadmaps.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, UX designers, and QA testers to translate requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
• Prioritize product backlog items using methodologies like SAFe or Scrum, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed wireframes using tools like Balsamiq or UML diagrams to visualize user interfaces and workflows.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate features against requirements before release.
• Manage project progress using tools such as Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), or project management software, tracking tasks from inception through deployment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through presentations created in Microsoft PowerPoint or Excel, providing updates on product status and upcoming initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within software development environments utilizing Agile frameworks like Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Waterfall, and iterative development processes.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, HTML, SQL, Git, Jira, TFS, AWS cloud services, and SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, create detailed test cases, and perform analysis to inform product decisions.
• Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation purposes.
• Technical knowledge in Java programming, UML modeling, Internet of Things (IoT), User acceptance testing (UAT), and software development best practices is highly desirable.
