Master Data and BOM Controller

BOLT Technical are recruiting for a Master Data & BOM Analyst to join a growing electrical manufacturing business.

This role is primarily focused on high-volume BOM creation and accurate data entry, supporting the engineering team and freeing up engineers to focus on production engineering.

You’ll take customer BOMs, often containing 2,000-3,000+ lines, convert them into an internal quoting tool and then manually input the data line-by-line into the ERP system., · Create and maintain complex, multi-level BOMs

· Convert large customer BOMs into internal systems

· Accurately enter high volumes of data into ERP systems

· Ensure item and BOM data is accurate and complete

· Work closely with Engineering to support production requirements

· Identify and resolve data discrepancies

· Support the development of master data processes and standards

· Opportunity to develop into ECN/change control and MRP support

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a data-focused mindset, exceptional attention to detail and experience creating complex, multi-level BOMs., · Previous experience creating multi-level BOMs

· Proven experience handling high-volume BOM/data entry

· Electrical or electronic manufacturing background essential

· Experience working with ERP systems

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong Excel and data-handling skills

· Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work

· Analytical and methodical approach

· £33,000-£38,000 salary

· 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
