Job description

  • Own strategy and operations workstreams from planning through execution and completion.
  • Use SQL and data analysis to investigate business questions, identify trends, size opportunities, validate eligibility, and track campaign spend and redemption.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, summarize information, and draft/debug queries.
  • Translate data and analysis into clear business recommendations and actionable next steps.
  • Manage customer escalations end-to-end, including root-cause analysis, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and leadership updates.
  • Partner with Engineering, Support, Legal, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, CRM, and Customer Experience teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
  • Execute and QA consumer-facing campaigns and platform experiences.
  • Work with campaign managers, runtime files, and Journey Service workflows to support successful launches.
  • Build and manage project plans, workback schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate approvals and drive initiatives across distributed teams without direct authority.
  • Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and identify issues that could impact campaign launches, QA, reporting, or customer experience.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, risks, and project status clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Contractor to support DashPass Member Experience (MXp), Customer Experience (CXI), and Platform teams.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. This role combines data analysis, strategy, campaign operations, customer escalation management, and project coordination.

You will use SQL, AI tools, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, solve business problems, make strategic recommendations, and support consumer-facing campaigns and platform experiences., * 2-3 years of relevant experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, Program Management, or a related field.

  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets, joining data, validating results, and translating analysis into business recommendations.
  • Experience with campaign operations, marketing operations, CRM, customer experience, or consumer-facing programs.
  • Experience managing customer escalations, operational issues, or complex problem resolution.
  • Strong project and workstream management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using AI tools for analysis, automation, research, or productivity.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and navigate ambiguous problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project/workflow management tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, promotions, or consumer campaigns.
  • Experience with campaign setup, launch readiness, QA, and operational workflows.
  • Experience with customer/member experience or subscription-based products.
  • Knowledge of spend tracking, redemption analysis, eligibility validation, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience working with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Customer Support teams.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.
  • Familiarity with SQL-based reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
