Systems Engineer

We’re hiring Systems Engineers to help design and build electronic security systems for data centers and other mission-critical facilities. This role covers access control, video surveillance (CCTV), and related electronic security systems using major industry platforms.

We’re looking for people at different stages of their career-from engineers with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to senior engineers with 8-10+ years who can lead design and mentor others.

What you’ll do

• Design and document access control, CCTV, and electronic security systems for new construction and upgrades
• Produce drawings, device schedules, risers, BOMs, and system narratives
• Specify and integrate mainline platforms and hardware (e.g., LenelS2 / Honeywell, Genetec, Milestone, Software House, Axis, Bosch, HID, and similar)
• Coordinate with architects, electrical, low-voltage, IT/network, and construction teams
• Support installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and punch-list closeout
• Review shop drawings and submittals; help resolve field issues
• Ensure designs meet client standards, code, and mission-critical reliability requirements

• 1-10+ years of experience with electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, and/or intrusion)
• Experience designing, programming, or commissioning systems-not just installing devices
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms and common field hardware (controllers, readers, cameras, NVRs/VMS, door hardware interfaces)
• Ability to read architectural/electrical drawings and produce clear design documentation
• Basic understanding of IP networking as it applies to security systems
• Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Willingness to support site visits, surveys, and commissioning as needed
