Job description
This individual will support the Epic Lumens or the Epic Orders application as our healthcare client approaches go-live, working closely with clinical and operational teams to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and ensure system readiness. They will also provide ongoing support during stabilization, including troubleshooting, build enhancements, end-user support, and coordination with other Epic teams.
Requirements
- Epic Lumens experience
- Epic certification preferred
- Healthcare Epic analyst experience, experience supporting implementations, go-live, and stabilization activities
