We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to support our team on a part-time contract basis. This role will initially require a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for increased hours based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing CRM systems and a strong background working with Redtail Financial Software., * Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Utilize Redtail Financial Software to track, update, and analyze customer and financial information.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support business operations and decision-making.
• Assist with CRM optimization, workflows, and system improvements.
• Maintain customer records and ensure timely updates to account information.
• Support data cleanup, migration, and ongoing CRM administration tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and user adoption.
• Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide recommendations for enhancements.

• Previous experience as a CRM Specialist, CRM Administrator, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Redtail Financial Software required.
• Strong understanding of CRM management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience required.
• Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to increase up to 20 hours as needed.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently if remote.
