The role involves supporting data management activities to structure and migrate historical data into current solutions, leveraging AI capabilities to automate routine tasks. The candidate will also coordinate project management activities and support database administration, including the development of training modules for users., * Support Data Management activities to structure and migrate historical data into current solutions

• Coordinate Project Management related activities
• Leverage AI capabilities to manage and automate routine tasks
• Support database administration and development activities
• Assist in auditing data in various tools to ensure timely updates
• Support the maintenance of functional metrics, KPIs, reporting, and dashboarding
• Design and implement solutions using Smartsheet, PowerBI, MS Forms, etc.

• Three years of experience in workflow design, database management, or data structures
• Strong capabilities in interpreting and communicating business requirements into technical requirements
• Experience with databases like Salesforce or Veeva Vault, and tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Advanced use of Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
• Intermediate to advanced use of Smartsheet
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to participate on cross-functional, cross-cultural teams

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
• Experience with project management software such as Planisware
• Familiarity with accessible design principles
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
