The role is fully-office based at our modern offices within the 70-acre Ransom Wood business park in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Given the nature of our 24/7 Support Team, this is a dedicated night-shift position working a 4-on, 4-off rotation from 7:30pm to 7:30am. This means working four consecutive night shifts followed by four days off, with weekends and bank holidays included as part of the normal rotation.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and resellers, providing high-quality technical support through our ticketing system and live chat. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting, and escalating more complex problems to higher-level support where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong interest in technology and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We do holidays a little differently too. You’ll receive 24 days of annual leave, including your bank holiday allowance, but you can choose when to use those days rather than being required to take them on bank holidays.
