You will initially contribute as a senior engineer while progressively taking ownership of system-level architecture, solution design, and technical direction.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to: Move from senior engineer to architect; Work on real financial market infrastructure problems; Combine deep technical thinking with business context; Shape a product at an early stage.

Why join us? You’ll have real ownership and influence in a small, high-calibre team, with direct exposure to cutting-edge financial market infrastructure and a genuine say in product and architectural direction. You’ll be the go-to person for system-level trade-offs, using your technical insight to influence product direction, and you’ll act as the bridge between business requirements and engineering implementation.

Requirements

Technical:

o Strong experience designing and building software products

o Solid understanding of distributed systems principles

o Experience with distributed ledgers and/or blockchain platforms
