Data Center Installation Support Technician - TS/SCI-FSP clearance

This role supports data center network and infrastructure operations on a large federal government contract, handling lifecycle management, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution at a Tier 2/3 level. The position requires strong hands-on network engineering experience, excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while mentoring team members.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph
• L2/L3 installation, service, and support experience
• Networking
• Security+ certification
• Linux knowledge/troubleshooting

NICE TO HAVE:

• CCNA certification
• Data center experience
• ServiceNow
