Requirements

8+ years of C#/.NET hard requirement
Hands-on experience designing and shipping multi-tenant applications
Strong SQL Server data modeling and query performance at scale
Event-driven and messaging architecture
Experience evolving/modernizing production systems
Strong application/platform architecture experience
Comfortable writing technical design documents and working with client technical teams

Nice to Have: Azure, Domain-Driven Design, federated identity, distributed caching
