Full-Time DSP - Back-End - Saturday + 2 Days Wed-Fri - 12-Hour Shifts - Clear Lake, IA

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build independence, participate in their community, and live life on their terms.

Your shift may include:

• Supporting daily activities such as cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks
• Helping individuals build independence and confidence
• Going on community outings, activities, appointments, and events
• Providing transportation using approved vehicles
• Assisting with medications according to training and procedures
• Supporting grocery shopping and personal finances
• Completing electronic documentation
• Building positive, meaningful relationships with the people you support

No DSP or healthcare experience is required. We’ll provide paid training and the tools you need to succeed., * Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with mobility as needed
• Ability to use basic technology for electronic documentation
• Must complete required background checks and health screenings
• Must complete required training and certifications, provided by One Vision

You’ll work every Saturday plus two additional days between Wednesday-Friday, for a total of 36 hours per week.
