Job description

Instructional Systems Design: Convert complex client training manuals and raw subject matter expertise into interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.LMS Administration & Management: Manage, configure, and maintain client Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Canvas, Totara), ensuring seamless user access and accurate completion tracking.Multimedia Content Production: Produce engaging instructional assets, including micro-learning videos, software simulation walkthroughs, and digital assessment tools.Pedagogical Quality Control: Audit existing digital courses to evaluate learner engagement metrics, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1), and overall learning outcomes.Professional Profile

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a Learning Technologist, Instructional Designer, or Digital Learning Specialist role.
  • Advanced technical proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Hands-on experience administering enterprise Learning Management Systems and troubleshooting platform integrations.
  • Strong project management habits with an ability to coordinate directly with subject matter experts to meet strict launch dates.
  • Must hold current legal authorization to work in the UK without requiring employer sponsorship.
