EUC Support Engineer

• Manage Microsoft Intune for enterprise endpoint management
• Configure and maintain compliance policies and configuration profiles
• Manage endpoint security policies, application deployment, and device restrictions
• Administer Windows Autopilot deployments
• Manage device enrollment and provisioning processes
• Monitor device compliance and remediate endpoint issues
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Windows desktop and laptop environments
• Support Windows 11 operating systems, device performance issues, driver and hardware-related problems, VPN and remote access connectivity, and endpoint security-related incidents
• Support desktop imaging, device builds, refreshes, and migrations
• Manage endpoint patching and software deployment activities
• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
• Support user and group administration, device registration, Conditional Access policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues
• Implement endpoint security best practices
• Administer BitLocker encryption policies
• Support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration and remediation
• Assist with vulnerability management and patch compliance
• Support security audits and compliance activities

• Cloud, We are hiring an Azure, Intune & EUC Support Engineer for a contract role in Wokingham with hybrid working. We are supporting Azure infrastructure services, Microsoft Intune endpoint management, and end-user computing environments, with a focus on L2/L3 technical support, endpoint compliance, device lifecycle activities, and workplace modernization initiatives. This role focuses on Azure infrastructure, endpoint management, security, and end-user computing support and does not include Microsoft 365/O365 application administration responsibilities. The role is SC Cleared.
