• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Typically 3 years of development experience, ideally in the financial services industry, with Java as the primary programming language.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and open to different perspectives and ways of working.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and alignment with our fiduciary culture.
• Desirable: knowledge of leveraging AI for code generation and building agents.
• Desirable: knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

The role is within our In-Business technology group in London, working alongside a community of computer scientists, user experience designers, and data analytics engineers across San Francisco, London, Hungary, and India.
