IT Support / E-commerce Tech Specialist (AI + Shopify)

Maintain our Shopify store: product listings, page updates, theme tweaks, and app/plugin management

• Use AI tools to improve efficiency (product descriptions, image editing, data analysis, etc.)

• Provide day-to-day IT support: computers, network, printers, and office equipment

• Assist with website analytics and resolve online sales technical issues

• Support the team on other related technical tasks as needed

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - recent college graduates welcome

• Familiar with the Shopify platform; prior experience preferred

• Understands AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Muse) and can apply them in real work

• Chinese (Mandarin) speaking preferred

• Fast learner, detail-oriented, responsible, and a good communicator
