AI/ML Engineer

• Design and implement scalable big data systems utilizing Hadoop, Spark, ETL processes, and SQL databases to manage large datasets efficiently.
• Apply statistical analysis techniques for research purposes, including statistical modeling and analysis tools such as SAS and R, to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
• Deploy AI/ML models into production environments leveraging cloud services like AWS Machine Learning platforms to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate natural language processing (NLP) capabilities and generative AI solutions into existing products or new applications.
• Conduct model evaluation and validation to ensure accuracy, robustness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Perform data analytics using tools like Looker, Talend, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), supporting data visualization and reporting efforts that inform strategic decisions.

• Proven experience in developing machine learning algorithms with frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar platforms.
• Strong background in big data systems including Hadoop, Spark implementation, and SQL database design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services on platforms like AWS or equivalent cloud providers.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, R, and Bash scripting for automation and model deployment tasks.
• Demonstrated ability in statistical analysis for research purposes using SAS or other statistical tools.
• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and generative AI applications is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data mining techniques, data analytics tools like Looker or Talend, and scalability considerations for large-scale AI solutions.
