Job description
- Delivers lesson plans and curriculum utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, and demonstrations.
- Evaluates training materials/evaluations to measure the success of course objectives and/or program effectiveness.
- Documents advanced issues and workflow changes during training sessions works with Supervisor to implement changes needed.
- Provides advanced support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues. Provides guidance and training to other team members.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3 years of relevant experience.

- Epic credentials in HIM or Grand Central, Fitness, Health Plan, High School Diploma, Identify Issues, Information Technology & Information Systems, Instructional Design, Lesson Plans, Materials Analysis, Materials Testing, Performance Management, Process Development, Product Demonstration, Program Evaluation, Psychiatry and Mental Health, Student Loans, Training/Teaching, Training/Teaching Curriculum
