Requirements

The school is seeking an IT Technician to deliver high-quality first-line support across the school, working closely with staff and pupils. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of IT systems, devices and infrastructure that underpin teaching, learning and operational services. Working across the school, you will troubleshoot technical issues, support users, and assist with hardware, software, and network maintenance, while contributing to wider IT projects and continuous service improvement. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering reliable, secure and effective IT services. What you’ll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have significant IT support experience, ideally with experience working in the education sector. You will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, as well as experience of supporting both hardware and software issues. This role is due to start on the 15th June and continue for around 6 weeks, therefore you must be available for the duration of the role. What you’ll get in return
