Job description

The successful cabling engineer will be auditing and removing data hardware e.g. patch panels and data swithces from data cabling cabinets (comms room) after logging mac numbers/serial numbers for inventory purposes.

Experience of decommissioning and inventory responsibilities is essential.

You must:

  • Hold a valid CSCS/ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card
  • Be able to provide relevant work references prior to start
  • Have your own basic hand tools for carrying out above duties
