  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of security policies, incident reports, and system configurations following ITIL frameworks.
  • Support network support activities such as VPN setup (IPsec, SSL), DHCP configuration, DNS management, LDAP integration, and network installation procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity or network security roles with a strong understanding of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, and MPLS.
  • Hands-on experience with firewall management, SIEM platforms, and IDS/IPS solutions.
  • Knowledge of encryption standards such as PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and SSL/TLS protocols for secure communications.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms including AWS and Microsoft Azure Platform; experience with cloud architecture is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of incident management processes aligned with NIST standards; ability to perform incident response effectively.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation purposes; experience with DevOps tools like Terraform is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting diverse operating systems including Windows Server environments and Linux distributions such as Debian or CentOS.
  • Knowledge of network protocols including DHCP, DNS, SFTP/FTP/SFTP/SOAP APIs; familiarity with load balancing solutions is desirable.
