Ai Platform Engineer

The team is looking for an engineer who can own solutions end-to-end, from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering teams while helping shape the future of AI-powered applications in a highly collaborative, innovation-driven environment., What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities: 100% Hands On

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and microservices that power AI-driven applications and workflows
• Integrate machine learning and large language models into scalable production environments
• Own AI features throughout the full development lifecycle, including implementation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Build evaluation frameworks that measure AI quality, reliability, and performance
• Troubleshoot issues across AI systems, model-serving infrastructure, backend applications, and supporting services
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on architecture, system design, and technical planning initiatives
• Improve scalability, observability, performance, and reliability across AI platforms and services

• 4+ years of backend software engineering experience using Python, Go, Java, or similar languages
• 4+ years of experience deploying machine learning or large language model solutions into production environments
• Experience building scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and observability
• Experience creating monitoring, evaluation, and performance frameworks for AI applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience building agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM frameworks and model serving platforms
• Experience designing highly available, real-time application architectures
• Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance practices
• Experience supporting AI applications after deployment and driving continuous optimization

• Competitive base salary of $127,000 - $220,000
