We’re working with a highly respected, nationally recognised organisation undergoing a major digital and data transformation. With significant investment being made into Microsoft Fabric and modern data platform capabilities, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where data is becoming central to strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

This organisation is consolidating data from multiple commercial and operational systems into a governed enterprise data platform, creating a rare opportunity to join a large-scale Microsoft Fabric implementation at a pivotal stage of its journey. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing and optimising data solutions that power analytics, reporting and business intelligence across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Fabric and Power BI experience who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights through reporting, dashboard development and semantic modelling.

You Will Work With

  • Microsoft Fabric to design, develop and support enterprise data solutions.
  • Existing Power BI reporting solutions, migrating and optimising them to Microsoft Fabric data sources and semantic models.
  • Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, Dataflows Gen2 and Fabric Pipelines.
  • Data ingestion, transformation and orchestration processes across multiple source systems.
  • Medallion Architecture, helping build and maintain Bronze, Silver and Gold data layers.
  • Data Engineers, Architects and BI teams to deliver reliable and scalable data products.
  • Performance optimisation, monitoring and troubleshooting across the Fabric environment.
  • SQL, Spark and Fabric notebooks to transform and enrich enterprise data.
  • Power BI semantic models and datasets to support reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Data governance, security and best practices within a modern cloud data platform.
  • A wide range of data domains including finance, customer, retail, ecommerce, marketing and membership data.
  • Up to £55,000 salary
  • Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in London
  • Opportunity to work on a flagship Microsoft Fabric programme
  • Exposure to modern cloud data technologies and enterprise-scale platforms
  • Collaborative environment working alongside Data Engineers, Architects and BI specialists
  • Strong focus on professional development and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Commercial experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience delivering finance reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards directly from Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong data modelling skills including star schema, fact tables, dimensions and semantic modelling.
  • Strong Power BI skills including DAX and Power Query.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources.
  • Experience working with Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse and Medallion Architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
