IT Specialist

A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

• Strong understanding of software testing best practices and test methodologies.

• Strong understanding and experience developing test cases (regression, functional, unit, integration, performance, end-to-end, etc.)

• Manage Test scenarios and execution of test cases across all testing phases. (e.g. SIT, Performance, UAT).

• Ability to write test case specifications, automation and data generation.

• Analyze results, identify functional and performance issues and write clear and detailed bug reports

• Ability to interact with business stakeholders, system integrators and external support providers for collecting/analyzing requirements.

• Ability to work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements

• Ability to create and generate reports using PowerBuilder, MS office tools and SQL

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.

• JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps and MS Visio.
