Job description

We have grown considerably since opening our first services, and we continue to have ambitious growth plans, incorporating innovative ways of working. To support our next phase of innovation, we are looking for an ambitious and technology-focused graduate or postgraduate to join us as an AI & Digital Transformation Executive.

This is an early-career transformation role with real responsibility. You will work directly with senior leadership to identify opportunities, develop AI-enabled solutions and drive technology-led improvements across the organisation.

This isn’t a traditional graduate administration role. We’re looking for someone who wants to build, improve and make an impact.

The role

You will work across the organisation, combining AI, technology, business improvement and project delivery.

You’ll identify opportunities to use technology more effectively, develop new AI-enabled workflows and help teams adopt smarter ways of working. Your work could improve how teams communicate, how information is managed, how processes operate and how technology is used across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting the design and development of innovative AI projects and solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Helping to build, test and implement new digital systems, tools and workflows
  • Working with colleagues to understand business challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions
  • Mapping existing processes and identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve them
  • Researching emerging technologies and assessing how they could benefit the organisation
  • Working with teams to gather requirements, test solutions and drive projects forward
  • Creating process maps, user guides and documentation to support new systems and workflows
  • Maintaining and improving business systems, data and information flows
  • Supporting projects from initial idea through to implementation and continuous improvement
  • Working directly with senior colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation
  • Taking ownership of projects and priorities as your experience develops
  • Supporting the wider business as our technology and transformation programme evolves

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is technologically curious, analytical, commercially minded and ambitious.

You may be a recent graduate or Master’s graduate in:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Computer Science
  • Data Science / Analytics
  • Technology
  • Information Systems
  • Digital Transformation
  • Mathematics
  • Business / Management
  • or another relevant discipline

You don’t need to be an expert in every technology. We’re interested in how you think, how quickly you learn and your ability to turn ideas into practical solutions.

We’re particularly looking for:

  • A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to understand a business challenge and identify how technology could help solve it
  • Confidence learning new platforms, software and AI tools independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confidence communicating with senior colleagues and non-technical teams
  • A proactive approach and willingness to challenge existing ways of working
  • The ability to work independently while knowing when to collaborate and seek support
  • Curiosity, initiative and a genuine desire to make an impact, * Bachelor’s (required)

Benefits & conditions

This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career in technology transformation, AI, digital innovation or business strategy.

As Pathway Healthcare continues to grow, there is significant scope for the successful candidate to take on increasing responsibility and progress into a senior transformation or technology leadership role.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop a career in an organisation where your work has a direct and measurable impact.

Why Pathway Healthcare?

We’re building something ambitious.

As a growing healthcare organisation, we have the opportunity to rethink how technology can support our people, our operations and the people we support.

You’ll join a professional but informal environment where ideas are welcomed, initiative is valued and there isn’t a lengthy corporate hierarchy between having an idea and making it happen.

We offer:

  • 5 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Company sick pay
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • On-demand private GP service
  • Counselling and wellbeing support
  • Shopping discounts
  • Professional development and training
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership
  • Real ownership of transformation projects
  • The opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment
  • Significant scope for career progression as Pathway develops

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
