Job description
The Field Intelligence Operations Division is seeking a highly skilledSenior SharePoint Developer and Administratorto lead the design, development, administration, and maintenance of an on-premises SharePoint Server environment in a classified, air-gapped setting.
This role will support a licensed SharePoint deployment serving a broad user base and will be responsible for custom solution development, platform engineering, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the environment.
The ideal candidate has experience with SharePoint Server, enterprise portal administration, permissions and content management, workflow support and automation, and development of custom SharePoint components, scripts, and interfaces in secure environments. Candidates should be comfortable operating within strict security, compliance, and change management processes.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, administration, and sustainment of anon-premises SharePoint Serverenvironment in aclassified, air-gapped setting
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintaincustom SharePoint solutions, components, scripts, pages, and interfaces to meet mission and business requirements
- Administer SharePoint farms, site collections, sites, subsites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, navigation, and search features
- Managepermissions, access controls, inheritance, and role-based securityin accordance with classified data handling and least privilege principles
- Design and implement approvedworkflow and process automationsolutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, application, search, permissions, access, and content management issues across the SharePoint environment
- Coordinate SharePoint patching, upgrades, maintenance activities, and platform health monitoring with infrastructure and information assurance teams
- Analyze user and stakeholder requirements and translate them into secure, scalable, and supportable technical solutions
- Establish and maintain governance for site architecture, content organization, configuration management, and lifecycle controls
- Comply with the system ATO, applicable STIGs, and approved security and change management requirements
- Lead platform modernization and continuous improvement efforts to enhance usability, performance, maintainability, and security
- Collaborate with system administrators, network engineers, information assurance personnel, and leadership to support mission requirements

Requirements

BS degree in a related technical field and at least 8 years of SharePoint development and administration experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, or an active DOE Q clearance.
- Experience developing SharePoint-based solutions, workflows, and site features to support operational requirements
- Experience managing permissions, content, site structure, troubleshooting, and user support within SharePoint
- Experience applying automation, scripting, or workflow tools to improve efficiency and support reliable, repeatable processes
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building or maturing a new SharePoint collaboration environment from the ground up
- Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in an evolving environment with changing priorities, emerging processes, and significant opportunity to shape the platform

Experience supporting user adoption, governance, documentation, and process improvement for an enterprise collaboration tool
- Experience building workflow and process automation solutions in partnership with customers and stakeholders to improve operations and user experience
