You’ll lead the design, build, and ongoing evolution of a next-generation private cloud built on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9), enabling secure, resilient, and high-performance workloads for both internal teams and external customers. You’ll help establish VMware Cloud Foundation as the standardised private cloud platform-driving consistency, scalability, and innovation across the organisation. Due to security requirements, this role requires you to be located on site during your working hours. Mon-Fri 37.5. DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance. What you’ll be doing

• Architecting and delivering next-generation private cloud platforms using VMware Cloud Foundation
• Driving automation-first infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell)
• Solving complex platform challenges across compute, storage, and networking
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and operations teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end services
• Enhancing platform security, resilience, and performance at scale
