· Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.

· Assist with routine analysis of recruitment, applications, conversion, performance and other key metrics.

· Contribute to monthly reporting cycles and present findings clearly to internal stakeholders.

· Work with senior BI and data colleagues to identify data quality issues and understand root causes.

· Provide ad-hoc analytical support to teams and help answer operational data questions.

· Experience with Excel for data manipulation, reporting and visualisation.

· Familiarity (or strong interest in) Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.

· Strong organisational and communication skills to support stakeholder engagement.

· Proactive curiosity-whether you’re already learning data practices or you’re eager to build them.

Benefits & conditions

· £26,000-£32,000 depending on experience.

· Permanent role with full-time hours.

· UK Remote working with occasional travel to our Head Office in Abingdon.

· Supportive environment with hands-on exposure to real business data.
