Software Test Automation Engineer

We’re looking for a Software Test Automation Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and improving product quality through smart, scalable testing solutions. In this role, you’ll develop automated test frameworks, validate software and system performance, and work closely with hardware and software engineering teams to deliver highly reliable products.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools
• Create test strategies that improve software quality and release confidence
• Verify and validate software functionality, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with software, systems, and hardware engineers throughout the development lifecycle
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across integrated hardware and software environments

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, software development, or a related discipline
• Experience building automated test frameworks or automation tools
• Programming experience in Python, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Strong understanding of software verification and validation methodologies
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing environments
• Ability to test and debug integrated hardware/software systems

Bonus Points For

• Embedded software testing experience
• Experience with scientific instrumentation, industrial equipment, or complex engineered systems
• Familiarity with regulated development environments
• Hardware interface or instrumentation testing experience
