Developer III - Solution Architect

• Lead solution design and architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Design scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS Redshift, RDS, Glue, DMS, ECS, and Bedrock.
• Develop applications and services using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and Python.
• Design and optimize data pipelines, integration patterns, and data platforms.
• Build Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, including RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Own testing strategy, automation, quality engineering, and production readiness.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and data teams in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship.
