Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering full-stack web applications into production.\n
  • Demonstrated experience using AI coding agents or assistants in day-to-day development, with the technical judgment to validate and harden their output.\n
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.\n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n
  • Proficiency across modern web technologies, including frontend frameworks and backend languages such as React, Python, or TypeScript.\n
  • Experience with complementary technologies such as cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, Git, LLM/RAG systems, vector databases, event-driven architectures, or government technology environments.\n

  • Build product experiences that incorporate AI/ML capabilities such as RAG, agentic workflows, forecasting, and anomaly detection.\n
  • Design and integrate data schemas, APIs, dashboards, and ETL workflows that support complex analytical use cases.\n
  • Partner with product managers, epidemiologists, data scientists, and end users to translate specialized requirements into effective technical solutions.\n
  • Engage directly with clients to solve engineering challenges, including occasional on-site travel of approximately 10%.\n
