Job description
As Data Integration Lead, you will drive the data strategy for the Elevate 100 programme, ensuring data is used to inform service design, delivery and system-wide change. You will lead data sharing and integration across partners, including piloting cross-system working between the Council, NHS and DWP. Working closely with delivery teams and evaluators, you will generate insight, support performance reporting, and embed data-led improvement. Youāll also explore the use of new technologies, including AI, to enhance reporting and decision-making.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, Are you a strong analytical thinker who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insight? Do you have experience working across multiple organisations to coordinate data sharing and integration?
Are you confident using tools like Excel and Power BI to generate meaningful reporting and dashboards?, You will bring strong analytical capability and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations that improve services.
Youāll be experienced in working across partners, building relationships and aligning different data needs into shared approaches.
You will have a solid understanding of information governance and data sharing principles in a multi-agency context.
Confident using Excel and Power BI, you will produce high-quality reporting and dashboards that support decision-making.
Youāll be organised, collaborative and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
