Job description

  • Organisation von und Teilnahme an Meetings (online und Präsenz)
  • Protokollierung von Besprechungen
  • Reservierung von Ressourcen (Räumen, Technik, …)
  • Organisation von Schulungen
  • Telefonische Annahme und Erfassung von Supportanfragen im Ticketsystem (zeitweise)
  • Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Vertragsmanagement
  • Unterstützung im Beschaffungsprozess (Angebotseinholung, Bestellanforderung, Bestellung, Wareneingangsprüfung und -buchung)
  • Dienstplanung für Hotline- und Bereitschaftsdienste

Requirements

  • solide Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel),
  • sicherer Umgang mit dem PC,
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
  • Führerschein,
  • Arbeitsort: Annaberg, Stollberg oder Zschopau im Wochenumfang von ca. 30 Stunden,
  • gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft an die Standorte des Erzgebirgsklinikums
