Job description

  • AI/ML Development: Develop and improve machine learning and AI-based applications using Python.
  • Generative AI: Work with LLMs and Generative AI technologies to build useful business applications.
  • RAG Applications: Assist in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using documents, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Model Development: Train, test, evaluate, and improve machine learning models.
  • AI Prototyping: Build prototypes and proof-of-concept AI solutions for new business requirements.
  • Data Processing: Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare datasets for AI/ML applications.
  • Collaboration: Work with software engineers, data professionals, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Testing & Optimization: Test AI/ML solutions and help improve their accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new AI/ML tools, frameworks, models, and industry practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and an interest in working with modern technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents., * 1-3 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
  • Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs.
  • Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or prompt engineering is a plus.
  • Basic experience with SQL and data processing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and work with emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI tools.
  • Exposure to AI agents or agentic workflows.
  • Experience with Git and standard software development practices.
  • Internship, academic, or personal AI/ML projects are a plus.
  • Experience building or deploying AI/ML applications is preferred.
