E-Commerce Executive

• Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon (FBA and FBM) and WooCommerce platforms.
• Create and enhance A+ Content to improve product visibility and conversion on Amazon.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (sales, traffic, buy box, etc.) across all platforms.
• Oversee FBA inventory levels and coordinate replenishment cycles.
• Maintain and update WooCommerce storefronts, including product setup, categorisation, and on-site SEO.
• Handle day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central and WooCommerce, including order management, returns, and customer queries.
• Stay informed on platform policies, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign coordination and content alignment.
• Explore and implement opportunities for channel expansion and global marketplace listings.

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Executive with strong knowledge of all facets of online retail and hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in managing WooCommerce-based storefronts and will play a key role in scaling our multi-channel e-commerce presence. Familiarity with tools such as FBA, A+ Content, Helium 10, and other Amazon optimization platforms is essential., * Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and WooCommerce platforms.

• Strong understanding of FBA, Amazon SEO, and listing optimization.
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC and digital advertising tools.
• Knowledge of website management, plugins, and basic troubleshooting within WooCommerce.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce operations and digital merchandising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with technical or industrial products, such as gas struts.
• Familiarity with other marketplaces
• Basic HTML/CSS skills or experience with WordPress themes/plugins.
