Personal SpecificationExtensive experience of implementing Netsuite ERP in Business Units.Knowledge of other financial systems is an advantage, especially Workday Adaptive Planning.Good financial accounting understanding.Strong organisational skills. Ability to work independently. Project management skills, qualification and/or experience are an advantage.Hands-on approach - able to operate at a senior, advisory level; but also prepared to roll up sleeves and jump in where appropriate to maximise progress.Self starter, ability to take to build trust relationships with other members of the Finance and IT teams in a virtual e nvironment.

Job Pur pose The role involves overseeing the implementation of the Netsuite Finance ERP system globally. The project is already well underway and is now ready to benefit from global coordination and best prac tice. There will notably be liaison with key NetSuite leaders in Europe and North America to ensure consistency of set ups and approach across the Netsuite Instance and to provide advice on implementations as required, anywhere in the world. Central processes will be developed to meet the requirements of all Portfolios.Liaise with external partners who assist in implementation and management of the s ystem. This role involves some travel globally. You could expect to travel 1-2 times per Quarter. This role is a remote role based in the UK or I reland. Managing the Platform Review the NetSuite set-up of the existing Live Legal Entities. Look for opportunities to standardise the way we work and notably standardise the use of Fields and Processes.Prepare standard procedure documentation that can be then used and modified to local needs in each BU.Document and Implement central processes for management of Netsuite, for example : monthly and quarterly close routines, inter-company, fx, attrition reporting etc.Configure workflows and troubleshoot issues within finance appli reports and templates for use across BUsMaintain interface to Corporate Consolidation ToolAs a super-user provide training to other NetSuite users.Advise users on Best Practice, propose solutions and advice on other Netsuite modules or add-ons that could add value, improving efficiency and/or better reporting.Work with the Finance Teams to resolve day-to-day problems. Liaise with Netsuite as required.Working with the Portfolio teams, ensure control of the Chart of Accounts is maintainedParticipate in the Steering Committee (both internal and with Netsuite and/or other Partners).Proactive advice on areas for improvement or development.Provide advice on Integration of new acquisitions, notably on accounting issues - for example integrations to BCP, Chrome River, Adaptive and other third-party systems.Support Compliance and audit activities by ensuring proper controls and documentation are maintainedProvide Support to Netsuite Users, manage tickets. ImplementationsOur aim is that all/most Legal Entities will be LIVE on Netsuite by the end of 2026Our aim will be to implement Netsuite in any new acquisition within 6 months of acquisition.Our aim is to reduce our dependence on (and costs from) external partners for these implementations: build core-competence in new implementations, streamline and automate as many processes as possible, leverage the fact that we may be doing 3-6 of these each year to learn and develop world-class implementation framework.Partner with the Local Finance Teams to track and oversee the implementation.
