Requirements

Required ExperiencePrincipal-level hands-on engineer delivering distributed, cloud-native systemsSolid background in Go or Java services and service modernizationStrong understanding of failure modes, scaling, and data durabilityDeep expertise in Kubernetes, especially stateful applicationsStrong hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EBS, IAM, VPC)Experience with Kafka or similar distributed/streaming platformsSolid background with Helm, Operators, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) Nice to HaveExperience adapting legacy or non-cloud-native Java apps to KubernetesMulti-region or globally distributed system designExperience with service mesh and advanced networking patterns
