Data Scientist - Labour Productivity / Hospitality

• Proven labour optimisation experience - delivering measurable improvements across labour productivity, wage % to sales, sales per labour hour, scheduling or labour deployment.
• Strong Finance & Operations stakeholder management - able to turn analysis into actions and measurable commercial results.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years’ analytics / data science experience in a multi-site environment - hospitality, retail, leisure or QSR preferred
• Advanced SQL and data warehouse experience - Snowflake / dbt advantageous
• Strong Excel financial modelling and understanding of P&L / labour costs
• Strong BI development - Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Omni
• Experience with rota, time & attendance and payroll data
