Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Consulting Research & Data Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support market research initiatives, conduct data analysis, and develop compelling data visualizations to inform strategic decision-making. Your enthusiasm for data-driven insights and your technical expertise will help shape impactful consulting projects across diverse industries.   • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics to visualize key metrics effectively.
  • Conduct market research by gathering industry data, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support consulting strategies.
  • Write detailed reports summarizing findings and presenting recommendations in a clear, engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to design experiments or surveys that gather relevant data for ongoing projects.
  • Utilize SQL and Python to automate data extraction processes and streamline analysis workflows.
  • Support the preparation of presentations by creating compelling visualizations that communicate complex data simply and effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical software including R, SAS, or SPSS.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for database querying and Python for data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and market research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and how data analysis can inform marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and generate insightful reports.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
