About the company

The Product department at LineTen is tasked with identifying, understanding, contextualising, and prioritising user needs. We seek to find unarticulated needs that can be transformative if addressed by way of our agile development process, where we iterate quickly based on real-world feedback, ensuring our products align closely with what our users truly want and need. Our role extends to coordinating with various departments - primarily the development team, who bring our concepts to life, to the operations and commercial teams with whom we work to manage client expectations.

We believe we can only extract value up to the amount of value we provide to our clients - and the amount of value we provide to clients is the direct result of the degree to which our products meet their needs. The better we understand and meet our users’ needs, the happier they are and the more value we can extract. To ensure we’re meeting our users’ needs, we operate a continuous cycle of feedback and improvement and our roadmap remains flexible to constantly evolve.
