Software Engineer (Hybrid Work Model)

• Complete assigned tasks on time while adhering to established software development practices.
• Actively participate in team discussions and openly communicating status and effort.
• Engage in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing programs or solutions.
• Demonstrate ownership over the quality of assigned tasks, preparing test scripts and conducting tests on both new and existing solutions.
• Actively engage in team delivery functions such as design reviews, code reviews, and scrum meetings.
• Build an understanding of relevant business domains. Utilize growing understanding to enhance your work product.

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience. Bachelor Degree preferred.

• Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages and software development concepts. Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to the role preferred. o Experience in Vue.js or other JavaScript frameworks. o Experience with Spring and Java. o Experience with Android or iOS a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of design principles and development best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
