  • Kommunikation mit Kunden auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene sowie relevanten Partnern

Störungen identifizieren und Lösungen umsetzen Erstellung von Dokumentationen für Tickets, Abläufe und Teamanweisungen Unterstützung bei Eskalationen, insbesondere in Richtung Entwicklerteams Eingehende Kundenanfragen priorisieren und organisieren Einarbeitung an den Standorten in Erfurt und München zur Vermittlung von System- und Prozessverständnis

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Fachbereichen wie Informatik, Systemmanagement oder IT-Management; Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen

Von Vorteil: erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Support oder Systemmanagement Offenheit für Arbeitszeiten im Schichtbetriebh
